Fees & insurance

Clear, upfront pricing.

No surprises. Here's what sessions cost and how payment works. The first conversation — a short consult to see if we're a fit — is always free.

Session fees

  • Individual or couples session — $200
  • LENS neurofeedback — $115 per session (15–20 minutes)
  • LENS brain mapping — $225 (50 minutes)
  • Free initial consult — no charge, no commitment

Reduced rates for first responders, educators, veterans, healthcare workers, and fellow therapists. LENS is included for private-pay clients and available as a $65 add-on for clients using insurance. Most people do LENS in a series, so packages bring the per-session cost down — and I also work with schools and organizations who want to bring LENS to their people. Just ask.

Insurance & payment

In-network with several major plans through Headway, including Aetna, Cigna, Carelon, and UnitedHealthcare (Oscar, Oxford, Optum). A superbill is available on request for out-of-network reimbursement.

  • Aetna
  • Cigna
  • Carelon
  • UnitedHealthcare (Oscar, Oxford, Optum)

Also accepted: major cards, HSA / FSA, and self-pay.

LENS neurofeedback packages

Most people do LENS in a series, so a package brings the per-session cost down. These are the same offerings TEFA families will find in the Odyssey marketplace.

Single LENS session

$115 · 15–20 minutes

One LENS neurofeedback session. Short, passive, and drug-free.

4-session bundle

$400 · $100 / session

A short series at a lower per-session rate — most people start noticing the shift across the first several sessions.

8-session bundle

$700 · $87.50 / session

A fuller course for deeper, more durable change — and the best per-session value.

Reduced rates for first responders, educators, veterans, healthcare workers, and fellow therapists. Not sure which to start with? The free consult is the place to figure it out.

TEFA families: LENS is an approved educational-therapy expense under the Texas Education Freedom Accounts program, and these are the same prices you'll find in the Odyssey marketplace. How to use your TEFA funds →

Good Faith Estimate. If you're not using insurance, you have the right under federal law (the No Surprises Act) to a Good Faith Estimate of what your care is expected to cost. Just ask and I'll put one together before we begin.

Questions about cost? Money shouldn't be the reason you don't reach out. If you're unsure whether this fits your budget, just ask on the consult — I'd rather have an honest conversation than have you talk yourself out of it.

Ready when you are.
